High School Outreach & Recruitment
The WLAC Outreach Team assists high school students through the application and enrollment process at local high schools throughout the Fall and Spring semesters.
2023-24 Outreach visit schedule
Recruiters are on high school campuses from
9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

$0 Tuition LA College Promise Program
High school graduates of any age or income who are CA residents may qualify for the $0 Tuition LA College Promise Program for up to 2 years. Students must commit to full-time enrollment to qualify.
Other benefits include: Priority Registration, Free MTA / Metro Passes, Success Stipends ($$$) after successful completion of a semester, Free Chromebook
WLAC - LMU Business Scholars
The WLAC-LMU Scholars Program is a partnership and pathway between West Los Angeles College (WLAC) and Loyola Marymount University (LMU) for students wishing to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree or a Bachelor of Psychology degree. Students who successfully meet LMU's program requirements will receive guaranteed admission into the college's respective program.
Students can sign-up for this program as high school seniors or early in their freshman year at West. Benefits include guaranteed admission to LMU, access to LMU events, activities, services and advisors.
