Dajanette Davis, Spring 2019

I graduated Hamilton High School in 2005. From 2005-2015, I went to Medical Assisting and Dental Assisting School. Through my journey of Dental Assisting, I would work in the office in the morning and then work in an after school program. I got so much joy being in the after school program, and I've always wanted to work with children-even when I was in the medical field. So I just finally made the decision that this is where I want to be. That's what I felt in my heart where my passion lies. After I stopped working in the Dentist Office, I enrolled in West LA since 2016, and I'll be graduating in June. I got accepted to three CSUs, so I got the choice of where to go. My ultimate goal is to be a teacher.
