PAYMENT METHODS

Cash, cashier’s check, and money orders are accepted at the business office you may pay by credit, debit/atm, and electronic checks on the web by logging into your account in the student information system. You may also mail your payment to:

Please send a personal check or money order (made payable to WLAC). Do not send cash. Print your student id number and semester on your personal checks/money orders. A receipt will be mailed when payment is completed.

Approximate Non-Resident student cost for tuition and mandatory fees for one year of undergraduate study (2017-2018):

Tuition and fees for online programs at West Los Angeles College are among the lowest in the United States. Students who transfer to a university after West to complete a Bachelor’s degree save a lot on tuition.

Based on the required and estimated fees and expenses below, the approximate cost for one semester for a full-time student is $3,564.  Students are not required to enroll full-time. West does allow students to take individual courses.

Important information regarding payment by check. 

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment and you will not receive a canceled check back from your financial institution.
