Transcript Evaluation

In order to petition for transfer credit, students must have official transcripts or test scores from all institutions attended mailed directly from the institution attended to West Los Angeles College as soon as possible. Transcripts from other schools, except for high school transcripts, will not be accepted over the counter. The transcript evaluation form is used to request transfer credit from out-of-state and international institutions, military and police training, course equivalencies, course substitutions, and exemptions. International transcripts must be evaluated by an independent transcript evaluation agency that is approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and in accordance with our Administrative Regulation E-101. It is highly recommended you see a counselor or an evaluator before having your transcripts evaluated.
