  • Library Orientation Request Form
    • Library orientations are information competency workshops tailored to your class
    • Orienations are held in the library classroom or lab, HLRC 218 or LIRL
  • Reserve Item Request Form
    • The library does not purchase textbooks
    • Instructors are encouraged to request an extra copy of their textbook from the publisher to put on reserve in the library.
    • If you have a book you would like to place on reserve, please complete the Reserve Item Request Form and bring it with the book to the library circulation desk.

      • HLRC 112 classroom (subject to bumping by Learning Center workshops and orientations)
      • HLRC 4B/C/D conference rooms, 4E training room

    • contact Academic Affairs for the Winlock Lounge or Black Box
  • Room Reservation Policies:
    • HLRC classrooms 112 and 218 are not for regular scheduling outside of the division
    • No Food or Drinks are allowed in most of the HLRC
    • Exceptions for 4B/C/D and Winlock Lounge
      • Faculty/staff advisors may reserve HLRC 4C/D for student club special events
      • Food is only allowed in HLRC 4B/C/D and Winlock Lounge
