Enrollment Management and Scheduling

2-Year Course Scheduling Dashboard

For planning purposes, see the course offerings at West for the past two academic years.

Add/Drop Enrollment Dashboard

A report detailing the number of students adding and dropping sections on any given date.

Users can explore historical trends in course enrollment totals, section counts, and fill rates at the college-level, division-level, discipline-level, and course-level. Enrollment data can be disaggregated by method of instruction and dual enrollment course attributes.

FTES Dashboard

Displays data relating to full-time equivalent student count for historic and current terms.

WLAC Daily Enrollment Dashboard

Current enrollment report for terms that are either ongoing or for which registration has opened. The dashboard is updated daily and contains lists of courses that are currently underway or are scheduled to begin in the future (completed courses are available in the dashboard but the filter needs to be modified to include them).

Institutional Planning

Application Volume Dashboard

Weekly update on number of applicants to WLAC. Can disaggregate data by age, ethnicity, and gender.

Educational Master Plan Key Performance Metrics Dashboard

This dashboard contains data that is regularly refreshed on the key performance indicators that are highlighted in West's 2025-2030 Educational Master Plan.

Student Outcomes

Awards Dashboard

Number of degrees and certificates awarded at college-level and program-level. Options present to disaggregate most data by student demographics (e.g., gender, ethnicity).

Course Outcomes Dashboard

Course success and course retention data for demographic groups and special populations.
