Step 1: Logon to the Student Portal (MyCollege.LACCD.edu).

Step 2: Click on the ACADEMIC RECORDS Menu .

Step 3: Select VIEW UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT on the left side and click the "Submit" button.

Ordering Official Transcripts

Effective December 1, 2020, the 9 LACCD colleges, including WLAC, stopped using the National Clearinghouse for transcript orders. Instead, we have switched to Parchment.

ORDER ONLINE: Official transcripts can be requested through Parchment. (Student must create an account with parchment when ordering). Transcripts requested through Parchment can be sent via paper mail or electronically through a secured program (eTranscript California or email). Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for processing.

Transcript fees (by mail or online) If you make your request by mail, the first two (2) transcripts ever requested are free. The charge will be $3.00 for each additional transcript requested. For online requests, the charge for transcripts is $3.00 plus a service charge of 2.75 each. We do not accept faxed or email transcript requests.

Students can order their OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS by using the Student Portal (MyCollege.LACCD.edu).

  • Go to the ACADEMIC RECORDS Menu.
  • Select OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS to open up: Parchment
 (Student must create an account with parchment when ordering).

For transcripts to be sent electronically

  • Include the email address of where the transcript is to be sent
  • ​If the receiving college uses eTranscript California, transcripts will be sent through eTranscript California and not the email address.

Request for IGETC or CSUGE certification

  • Please upload the form you received from the counselor and
  • This service is not available with Rush processing.

Regular Processing: Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for requests to be processed and mailed.

Request by mail must include or print this form

  • Full First Name - Last Name
  • Other Last Name (if attended under another name)
  • Student ID number or Social Security number
  • Date of Birth
  • Current Address
  • Phone Number
  • Indicate IGETC - CSU Certification, if applicable
  • Where the transcript is being mailed to
  • Number of transcripts being requested
  • Signature and date

Send appropriate payment (if not requesting first two free official transcripts), sign the request, and mail it to:

We are accepting payment in the form of cash, money order, or check (made out to West Los Angeles College).

Rush Processing: RUSH PROCESSING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUESTS: Transcripts will be processed and mailed out within one business day. after receiving. The cost for the first two transcripts ever requested will be $7.00 each. The charge will be $10.00 for each additional transcript requested plus service charge when requesting online.

To Submit Official Transcripts to WLAC

Official College transcripts must be sent from college to college. We cannot accept college transcripts from students.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSCRIPTS: Evaluated foreign transcripts must be submitted via original sealed envelope from the evaluation agency if mailed to our Admissions Office.

High School transcripts can be submitted via the following methods:

By email to @email or @email directly from the student’s High School Counselor/Official or via the student’s LACCD student email. (The District Office is requiring this method as a way of verifying a student's ID and to document that the PDF was submitted by the student.)
